Reservation and cancellation policy

Reservation
We will confirm to you, within 12 hours, your reservation as well as the total cost of your stay and the amount of the deposit (if necessary). The deposit is 20$, or a maximum of 25% of the total cost of the reservation.

Cancellation
Your deposit will not be refunded if cancellation occurs less than three weeks prior to the arrival date. All reserved nights will have to be paid in full.

Payment
The balance is payable at the end of your stay, in cash, or by Interact, travellers' cheques in CAN$ and $US, Visa and Master Card.
